Our sister company is combining 2 warehouses. One person will be responding for both warehouses. He wants to be able to add a warehouse to his exchange account (he has already done this_ and make it look like there is a person at that mailbox sending the email from that location. I have given him full access and send as permissions but the email when sent from that box keep coming back undeliverable. How can he send email from two different boxes that look like it is coming from two different boxes-from his Outlook desktop. Right now I am having him use webmail for the extra box.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I believe the issue will be the profiles – Outlook creates a .pst file, which holds all the information for the user’s identity. As long as the user has an active Outlook profile, that is what Outlook will want to route the mail through. Webmail is one way to get around this, another way is to set up the secondary email on another computer or laptop, which the user can log onto as themselves OR as another user.
