Send a parameter from COBOL to RBG?

My question is how to send a parameter from COBOL program to program written in RBG. I know how to send parameter within two COBOL programs but how do I send from COBOL to RBG?

It's done in the same way as passing a parameter to another COBOL *PGM. Chapter 14 of the COBOL Programmer's Guide covers this topic with examples.
