Selling SAP services

Our organization has implemented SAP across the enterprise. We intend to leverage this knowledge and diversify into SAP services. Need advise on:
a. What skillsets of people do we recruit : Core SAP, New dimension solutions, technical consultantc
b. Any data on how many customers in India are on older versions of SAP. DO we have this list publicly available
c. What areas of service should we start with for quick wins?
