Selective Read Receipts

Exchange 2003, Outlook, Outlook 2002, Outlook read receipt

Can Outlook (2002) be set up somehow to send Read Receipts only for particular addresses rather than turning it on for all or having to remember to turn it on via Options when sending the email? We have a user who needs the receipts when submitting emails/confirmations to a short list of folks but sometimes forgets to ask for a Read Receipt.

I have worked with Outlook since 2000 and have not seen a way that you can selectively send read receipts to people unless you do it on a per message basis. I have a Office Resource book and was unable to find any mention of being able to do this. It is either off, on, or per message. I would suggest some memory exercises for your user =)

Also, Outlook receipts only work if you send mail to another Outlook using client.
