 Selecting Reporting Builder 3.0 on the Report Manager Site
Report Builder 3.0, SQL Express, SQL Server 2008 R2
Can Report Builder 3 be added as a selectable tool on the Report Manager site created by a SQL Express with advanced features installation? Does the license allow using RB3 and is there documentation on how to get it to show up at the top of the report manager site?

The Express License does not allow the use of Report Builder 3.0. You have to be on WorkGroup Edition or above.
