Hi,

In SQL, you can use GROUP BY … HAVING.

To get a distinct list of the duplicate numbers:

<pre>
SELECT employee_number
FROM table_name
GROUP BY employee_number
HAVING COUNT (*) > 1;
</pre>

To find all the records that have one of those numbers, use the IN operator with the query above:

<pre>
SELECT *
FROM table_name
WHERE employee_number IN
( — Begin sub-query to find duplicate employee_numbers
SELECT employee_number
FROM table_name
GROUP BY employee_number
HAVING COUNT (*) > 1
) — End sub-query to find duplicate employee_numbers
;
</pre>
