My company just rolled out Office 365 to everyone. Some people use Windows 7, Linux and Windows 10 (including me). Now, we've noticed that our company disabled the use of OneDrive and Cortana. Is there any chance I can see all the settings that my company put into place? I would just like to know what I can / cannot use. Thanks.

As a general user (without admin rights), you can not see all settings of your laptop/PC. This is their company norms/rules. If you wish you can contact the person who takes care of all your systems.

There is a chance though it's unlikely. If you've been granted permissions (or a 'role') that allows you at least to view all relevant policy settings, then yes, you can. You would almost certainly be informed if such permissions were granted.
