		<description><![CDATA[Are the systems running WinXP Service Pack 2?  If SP2 is installed, open an MMC and load the local group policy configurator.  Set the following:

Group Policy =&gt;Local =&gt;Computer Configuration =&gt;Administrative Templates =&gt;Network =&gt;Network Configuration =&gt;Windows Firewall =&gt;Domain Policy:
          Remote Admin Exception: Enabled
          Remote Desktop Exception: Enabled

Even if the SP2 firewall is disabled, these two settings may restrict access to certain areas of the system.

Also - make sure that the user(s) or group(s) attempting to access the %program files% directory are set up as account holders on the target systems...]]></description>
