Dears, we have many users with mobile devices (not owned by The Business) need to check the Email, send report via Whatsِapp or other APP and they use direct connection to the internet as you know vulnerabilities with Android. They may be send message infected by malware to person on our local network we decide to join it with our network by create rule on our firewall to manage, secure the traffic. Is that right please advise me?

Your specific need/question is not completely clear. What’s your main goal? Is it to keep your users from infecting your internal network? What are the risks of that happening? I.e. hat controls do you currently have in place and how can they be bypassed, etc.?

One more thought: third-party MDM software or even ActiveSync (in Exchange) can do wonders to control most BYOD concerns. If users want to use their own devices - or if management has made the decision to do so - then they need to meet certain minimum requirements, i.e. have MDM client software installed to protect at least the business side of the device.
