How do I secure my accounts if a program or the computer has a virus or corrupt?

More information would be helpful. OS version, type of account, etc. At a minimum, you’re going to have to clean the malware and then change any passwords that were on the system.

    Step one is run an anti-virus / malware detection program. Clean the infected file from your pc. Change passwords for all accounts.

    Cleaning malware might not be an easy task in some situations.  If you don't have the appropriate knowledge I would recommend asking for help.

    If you want to go ahead and change passwords, do it from some other machine (not the supposedly infected one), and don't use the accounts on that machine any more.
