If I have to put 400 agents for 9 hour shift in two different shifts that is 9-6 and 11-8 in which 60% attendance is for 9-6, then how many system I will need?

    How will you engage a person for 9 hours while as per industrial norm you can engage a person for 8 hours. First of check the norms through local administrative department or Labor department then you go ahead.
