 Seagate Black Armor NAS 220 failed to be access/reconnect on Network map.

Where is the problem when DATADrive  (Seagate Armor NAS 220) failed to be accessd on Network by all users?Have ping Router 192.168.1.1 which responded back good,internet works o.k but failed to reconnet to that mster Drive...The armor master Drive with address 192.169.1.2 failed ro reply ping test on all other users...Network cabled checked- O.K. Any ideas?
