Scheduling in Microsoft Outlook

When I schedule a meeting with my boss and someone else from my Outlook calendar and send her a meeting invite and the other person and after they accept the meeting request it looks as if they are meeting with me? I schedule the meetings from my calendar so I can be aware of the meeting and it shows that I am the organizer but several people including my boss say it looks as if they are meeting with me.

If you schedule and send the invites, you are the organizer of the meeting. If they accept the invites, it means they accepted your meeting request and would reflect so.

    Apart of general procedure you can also invite the people by entering their emails/name in All Attendees table. That also helps to check the outlook calendars of the recipients, while displayed next to their name/email ids. In that way they know you are the Organizer of the meeting rather they feel they are meeting with you.
