How can I change ownership for scheduled job.

The “Scheduled by” user cannot be changed. The system would be lying about who added the entry to the job scheduler if you were allowed to change it.

There is no “owner” of a job scheduler entry. There are only the user who added the entry and the user the scheduled job will run under.

If you need an entry to reflect a different ‘Scheduled by’ user, then schedule a job while running as that user.
