I used to use <a href="http://nessus.org/nessus/">Nessus</a>, which was free until some years ago. There are many commercial vulnerability scanners available. A Google search would offer some options. If you are looking for a free tool, you might want to give <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/cc184924.aspx">Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer</a> a try.
