The bigger problem you have is trying to have two (2) SBS in the same domain. This is not supported at all. The SBS must be the top DC and hold all 5 FSMO roles. There is NO way to establish a trust between two SBS domains. So, if you are NOT trying to have both SBS in the same domain and IF you are not trying to establish a trust between two seperate SBS domains and IF you only want to move one user's mailbox to a seperate SBS, then you can just export the email to a PST file and import to your user's Outlook on the NEW stand alone SBS domain, that is not associated in anyway with the OLD SBS domain.

If you have more questions regarding SBS, let us know.
