I think to get the best for your current environment will be to do a POC on 2 or 3 AV solutions, we have been using Mcafee for a couple of years now and currently doing a POC on Microsoft Endpoint Protection!

You might want to take a look at Sunbelt Software's Vipre. Sunbelt is now owned by GFI, but the product has not been changed.

Try Microsoft Security Essentials, perhaps a good product that free from Microsoft and I am using it works fine !
