We do savf of our libraries nitely and then we do a savsavfdta to tape in the morning. The log created of the savfs going to tape shows a few libraries showing the same size number of 2,147,483,647. Can someone please explain why? Are there limitations for savfs? PLEASE HELP! Thanks, JAC

What version of the operating system is your system running?

I happen to have an excerpt from a Redbook for V5R2, and as of that level, the maximum size of a save file is 1 terabyte. Since you’re far from that limit, that shouldn’t be the issue. I wonder if the system just expands a save file in fixed increments, and perhaps those libraries all reached that same increment?
