Tahir,
If you ask your question below, in a new post and provide more detail and the proper tags, you will likely get more responses and help from the rest of the members.

Good luck!

Tahir, the scope of your question is rather broad. It all depends on which "services" are running on your system and how it is setup. First you may want to prevent interactive users from logging into the system by ending Interactive subsystems. A second would be to bring background batch processing to a halt and preventing new batch jobs from starting up. A third would be to prevent ODBC access by ending prestart jobs QZDASOINIT. But as I said without knowing how your systems are setup and operate this is very difficult to answer.

Good Day!

I need more information. We need any stop services before taking backup of libraries. If need then please describe the procedure step by step. And how to start services again.

Thanks,

Regards,
Tahir

...and I don’t want to mention all 100+ libraries.

Also, you can simply use SAVLIB LIB(*ALLUSR) to save all of your user libraries at once. It's not necessary to 'mention' each one separately.

(Note that when saving multiple libraries in a single operation, you can't save into a savefile. You must save to a device such as a tape.)
