Hi, I have problem: I can't go to my saved messages. It's been about 2 months that I've had this problem and it's getting worse. At first, if I knew the sender, I could use search icon and find them but now even my search doesn't work. I wanna delete some of them but I can't reach them. Please help me.

what do you mean that you cannot go into your save messages? are you talking about text messages?

ya text messages. there is a icon view saved messages. when i’m in messages folder i press menue and it has some options. one is view saved messages. when i press it nothing happends. but in the past after pressing it would go to the saved messages.

and even about the other option . search. it doesn’t work. i backuped my files and I can see them in my pc. I want to delete some and keep some others. …. help me. I beg u all.

nothing. beacuse i live in tehran.iran. and here noone support or service blackberry . but other brands are ok. they have support. what shall i do?
