Lotus Notes Mail File
Hi,

One of my clients wants to save Lotus Notes Email to a PDF file with full list of recipients in Sent To field and CC field show in the PDF alone with the email content itself.

She did it by openning up the mail from Lotus Notes, then clicke on Print from File Menu, then choose PDF printer as printer; then she gets email converted and openned up in PDF format. The problem with this Lotus email in PDF file is that the recipient list is long, and it got truncated in the PDF.

The requirement is to show all the recipients in Send To field and CC field of the email in the PDF file with the full content of the email.

Is there any setting in Lotus Notes Email which can achieve this? Any creattive thinking to get this achieve?

Thanks,

A

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

When you choose “Print…” there is a “Page Setup” tab on the resulting dialog box. On that tab, there is a checkbox labelled “Expand Names field contents” Try that.
