SATO label printer AS/400
AS/400 printing, DYMO Labels
Hi,

I am trying to print labels on a SATO printer model#M-84PRO and it prints sets of 2 up to a max of 4 labels only.

We have a interface screen to enter Item# and no of labels. If the qty is < 4 it prints the requested qty, but if the qty is more than 4 it prints only 4 labels. Unable to figure out the cause. Is it an issue with printer settings???? I appreciate any responses

This is just a hunch . . . I would be very surprised if it is a printer setting. We have several old Sato bar code printers attached to our AS/400 but have never experienced that problem.

How are your printers attached?


What make and model did you choose in the Client Access printer session?
The IBM42081 seems to work well with just about any label printer...
