 SAPGUI network Traffic

Has anyone or does anyone have any stats on how much network traffic is created by SAPGUI when connectiong to an R/3 system. I'm a Basis guy and have have never needed to know but now someone has asked and I was just wondering if anyone already has this info. Thanks
