SAP Technical interviewing questions
Dear Expert- My company is in the process of hiring an internal SAP team to support an implementation in the next 5 months and we have defined all the module subject matter experts we want to find. During the interview process I'm wondering if there is a service out there that would be something we could send applicants to do technical screening to make sure the candidates are indeed technically qualified. Whether it's an online test by module (SD/FICO/MM/SRM/QM etc..)or if there is a live expert who could conduct technical screenings. Any thoughts or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Why dont the companies take freshers when they know around 80 of the candidate have the fake experience why dont they encourage freshers. More over freshers work for low package and they show dedication towards the job. can any recruiter answer my question.

First, you should ask a new question in your own thread. You shouldn’t take someone else’s thread over when the subject changes.
When you do create your own question, make sure you define your words. What is a “fresher”? The only places I’ve seen the word is in posts from writers apparently from India, so it must have a meaning there. It seems to mean “someone new”, but it’s better to be sure.
