HMSSL2K, I don’t understand the purpose of your comment. This is the “IT Knowledge Exchange”. I assume that means that I can ask questions and other people can answer them. You’re a good researcher. Great. Go research how to be a better person.

No, I am not sure how to do the research. There are companies who post incremental info as all they want to do is promote themselves as consultant to be brought on for deployment. But what I need is the actual info from the companies who did deploy these modules and did publish and share their experiences. I need to pull up the best practices from the industry. One would think it would be easy to locate that info, but it isn’t. If you know, please point me in that direction.
