 SAP list of performed transactions by users in a month.

For a couple of days I'm trying to figure out how to create a list with the following elements for each month: 
User -> Role -> Transactions -> Steps
I'm aware of the ST03 transaction which show me the amount of steps per user or per transactions for each months. The issue with this is that I need to drill down for every user and that is too much work. I just would like to create one list with the information in order to analyze.
