SAP Interview Question -HR
Hi Experts :
I went through a SAP discussion and there was a question on the problems/challenges i faced at work and how i overcome it ....was not sure if that was convincing enough . Can someone guide me on how to tackle such questions please.

One thing to be sure of is to always show when you know to ask for assistance. Don't feel you have to solve the problems all by yourself. Go through the diagnostics and how you arrived at the conclusions you did. Talk about being part of a team and what resources you would involve in resolving the problem(s).
