Hi

For a recent Datawarehouse building activity, we'r to pull data from one of the SAP HR System to our SQL Database. I'm not much familiar with SAP and hardly have any idea about SAP internal architecture and I need ur help thus.

I was told HRP 1000 Has all the object details and HRP 1001 maintains relationship between those objects. Even I got sample data from those two... like,

[strong]HRP 1000 (Top 1 Row)[/strong]

Cl# PV OT ObjectID S Start date End Date L RNo ObjT/objID IT Changed on User name Re H Txt Mod# Object abbr# Object name Delimit on Abbreviation Name Search term 200 .: C 50014109 1 27.06.1996 31.12.9999 E NULL C 50014109 1000 21.02.1997 SAP NULL NULL NULL Info Dev Information Developer NULL INFO DEV INFORMATION DEVELOPER INFO DEV    INFORMATION DEVELOPER

[strong]HRP 1001 (Top 1 row)[/strong]

Cl# OT ObjectID PV S Rel S1 Pr Start date End Date Var#field RNo IT ObjT/objID STy# Changed on User name Re H Txt Mod# RO ID of related object  Pct# ADATA number 200 D 1035 1 A 36 1 NULL 01.01.1900 31.12.9999 U 00000297 NULL 1001 D 00001035 A036 12.02.2009 NCSDC1HR200 NULL NULL NULL U 297 0 NULL

Now I have no clue, how (in SQL, let's say) to relate these two tables. What are the joining keys between those? How to interpret all these columns? Any help from anybody would be really appreciated.

Thanks,
