We have a person who holds two positions that have different SAP roles and therefore authorisations. The person works two days in one and three in the other.
Currently we have allocated the user both roles against the position but are unable to stipulate the dates when each role begins and ends. So effectively they have access to both roles all of the time.
We would like to be able to automatically assign the role required for each position only on the days they actually perform the role.
Any suggestion are welcome
