It depends on your goals and interests. As your current job seems to be a technical one, you may be interested in a similar aspect of SAP. That is, in SAP lingo, Basis, ABAP, Portal, Netweaver, so on. You may look at the SAP website and navigate to education. Then understand what is available and what interests you. In Toolbox site - SAP Career tag, look for discussions and advice to help you further. You may refer to a few people in a Career advisory role to help you.
