SAP EWM combines highest functionality and broad support of warehouse/distribution processes and therefore belongs to the most capable standard software systems for warehouse management compared to anyother third party WMS packages in the market. Since I worked on most of the WMS packages, I can easily compare the functionalties. The only issue is, this product is not tested in the real time production environment both for functionality and performance. Currently we are implementing EWM 5.1 for a customer in north america and we will going live in June 2008.
