SAP connectivity error messages

I am working on a wcs project where we are migrating a store from wcs5.6.1 to wcs 7.0. in our store the prices of products come from the sap. but somehow the prices are not getting retrieved from SAP. and more over earlier we were getting an error in the logs as RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE. but after making some entries in the services file in the system32/drivers/etc folder now that error message is gone but the price is still not coming. can anyone tell me why this is happening.
