You need to research each training provider’s performance re: the course delivery, effectiveness, etc. You can ask questions to othere who have done the course, see in websites, etc.
Usually SAP partners are expected to be good.
In any case, the training and certification is just a start, like any other qualification or training. The usefulness and effectiveness depends on us. We need to apply the knowledge in practice. No doubt you need an opportunity to use the skills acquired. You need to explore different ways of doing that. You may be able to get an opportunity as a beginner, where you may have to acepts a lower pay.
Or you may start in a user area where the SAP skills can be used. You can gradually work your way into taking interest and responsibility in doing small tasks for a start, then resolving problems, then go from there.
Often Production Support is a good area where you can learn a lot. Then you can move to implementation.
