I want to learn how to know which authorization objects are being checked by various t-codes, what the various objects and fields allow, what activities are permitted.  Is there a listing somewhere, or a book or a class that can help me learn this?  When the profile lists certain activities, I would like to be able to look up what that is.  Are there certain t-codes that will allow me to look up this info within SAP?  I don't want to get too technical - I don't build roles or develop t-codes.
