I have this problem where I use the web based sametime meeting tool to make a calender meeting. When I set it (for example) at 9am, the confirmation email I get, the time is set to 11pm. T
he duration was only set to an hour, so I doubt this is the culprit.

Sounds almost like a time-zone setting – it may be converting it for you…
I have checked the time zone settings on the user’s PC and in Lotus Notes-> Preferences ->calenders and To Do -> Calender and To Do -> Scheduling -> Local time zone.
Also in regional settings it’s been configured to “Use my operating system regional setting”. All of those have been set to be thesame (in this case +1 region, Brussels).

What about the server?
We have moved the problem to experts. So far we suspect also a server error. I’ll keep the solution posted.
