Could do with a location!! I am based in the UK and salaries here, even with comparable experience (which is a massive factor!!) vary a lot. The cost of living in the South of the UK is higher and as such salaries are greater. It can vary even on a small island like this by as much as £10K PA.

exactly, salary it all depends on your experience the more you have then more bargaining chips for you on that field
