we cant really say. i guess you need to do a survey in your country and then discuss with the people who will be hiring you..if you have experience, surely u can demand more
It would be difficult to say. Nowadays you need experience to go along with your MCSE. Additionally the MCSE certification ended with 2003. The 2008 certification process is completely different.
Develop your skill set. It takes 5 honest years of experience in this industry to just be considered competent. 10 years to be exceptional. By then you should have a degree and several major Microsoft certifications.
