A client of mine runs that software for their accounting. I don't really have anything to do with it, their IT guy handles that. However, I do know that it is, ummm, shall we say sensitive to changes. No update is ever applied without checking with MIP support first to ensure that there are no adverse effects from a MS update. If they give the OK, the update gets done, and if something goes awry, we hope the initial call is on record as them telling us it ws OK to go with the update.

Pretty much, that is the long way of saying what changed between the last time the print run was done and this time when it failed.

For a problem with a program like this, I'd not even bother with a list or a site such as this. I'd just call Sage/MIP and get it fixed ASAP.
