Is there a way to disable a users ability to select everyone from the GAL in Outlook 2003. Parameters are: User must not be able to send an eamil to everyone by selecting everything in the GAL - User must still be able to see everything in the GAL and select individuals - LDAP lookups must continue to work - Email addresses must still resolve properly in Outlook.

I've checked various web resources and cannot find a solution to your problem (This does not mean there is not a solution).
