 RUS Update issue
WE have 2 Backend & 2 Frontend server. Cluster is available between backend server. y'day we are facing problem related to RUS. If i create any user id on Ad with mailbox , RUS not update &  email address not created automatically. Plz help me resolve this issue.

In above situation I don't want to restart any exchange service or don't want to failover cluster in production enviroment.

1. I have done the RUS Update & rebuild task

2. All Services started & mailflow is working fine.

3. If e-mail address created manually then it's updated but not working

4. Through  site & services replication done.

Have you checked if there are any Recipient policies also being created and are conflicting with one another? Also, check for the RUS interval if possible.
