 Runtime error when opening a contact in Outlook 2000

When one of my users tries to open a contact in outlook 2000 it gives this error: Runtime Error! Program: C:Program FilesMicrosoft officeOfficeOutlook.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. This user is running from RDP to a windows server 2003 terminal server and no other users are getting this error. I have tried to delete and recreate the user's profile directory and also recreated the user's outlook profile with no luck.

Has he tried it from another computer? That would tell you whether it was local to that one pc or not.

Thanks for the idea. We just tried it from another terminal server and it does the same thing. :(
