So it looks like you have some security setting incorrect. Check the properties of the service on the PC. It should have a tab somewhere to enter the authentication method.

Yes, there is a ‘remote services command’ that is running and we did check and it looks ok. We get an ‘access violation’ on the pc when we finally end the frozen job.
