		<description><![CDATA[First thing to verify is whether or not the PC has any kind of rexec() client installed on it. The IBM iSeries Access product allows you to install the &lt;b&gt;iSeries Access for Windows Remote Command&lt;/b&gt; service. There are others available that can be found through google searches.

Then, the service needs to be configured and started. Clearly, no business system (PC nor server) can simply allow some other system just to execute some command without proper authentication and authorization. Those need to be defined and assigned before anything is going to work.
