I'm not sure if that is supported. The AS400 does have SQL based query capabilities using DB2 or MySQL even.

Where were you thinking of running it - on the IFS under LINUX or WINDOWS?
There is no way it runs in OS/400.

@TopKat… you don’t run MS SQL on the AS/400 or IBM i. You can connect the tables in MS SQL but the system runs it’s own tightly (and I do emphasize tightly) integrated version of DB2. Microsoft SQL Server must be installed on a machine or VM running Microsoft Windows using x86, x64 or Itanium CPUs.
