A high-end user has run up against the limits on his Rules, using Outlook 2003 through an SBS 2003 with Exchange. I have been researching options for him, but have been unable to verify what the best 'fix' would be. The possibilities included upgrading to Exchange 2007, upgrading to Outlook 2007, amending rules to conserve available space, to 3rd party solutions such as Auto-Mate for Outlook. Any thoughts/input would be much appreciated.
