 Outlook Rules and Alerts
Outlook, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2003 rules, Outlook rules
When I make a rule I want it to apply the rule after it has been read. So if it is unread it will stay in my inbox. How would I go about doing this in Outlook 2003?

AFAIK, this cannot be done (at least without any third party software). You can set rules to do something when messages arrive, or after messages have been sent. ----------------------------------------------

I think the Mircrosoft office outlook cannot have that smart function like that, normally the rules of mailbox will affect soon after you get it.

Carlos is right, the only choices for rules in outlook 2003 apply to when they arrive or when they are sent. That’s it.
