Hi Friends, I have a Cl and this CL contains this lines: PGM PARM(&RTV) DCL VAR(&SISTEMA) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10) DCL VAR(&PFILE) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10) DCL VAR(&LFILE) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10) DCL VAR(&RTV) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(4) RTVNETA SYSNAME(&SISTEMA) MONMSG MSGID(CPF0001) IF COND(&RTV *EQ '*YES') THEN(RTVDSKINF) IF COND(&SISTEMA *EQ 'GBO270I') THEN(DO) CHGVAR VAR(&PFILE) VALUE(DSKUTILIZ) CHGVAR VAR(&LFILE) VALUE(DSKUTILLF) ENDDO The question is: How can this CL run if this line on the CL IF COND(&RTV *EQ '*YES') THEN(RTVDSKINF) needs a parameter *SYSBAS and no *YES. Maybe the command RTVDSKINF was changed with the command CHGDFTCMD ? OBS: The correct parameter of this command is -->RTVDSKINF ASPDEV(*SYSBAS) Thanks again.... SILVARB

Hi Silvarb, I think you're getting the parameter for your CL confused with the parameter for the RTVDSKINF command. Your CL program receives the parameter &RTV - if this parameter is *YES then your CL program runs the command RTVDSKINF with no parameters, so the default parameters are used (*SYSBAS). The &RTV parameter is only used to determine whether or not the RTVDSKINF command is going to be executed. Regards, Martin Gilbert.
