I'm hoping someone can help me! In my RPGLE program, I currently can't see the DSPLY 'some text' output in the command window. I'm using IBM WebSphere development studio client for iSeries to create a simple RPGLE program. I'm compiling the program with no errors or programs but I can't see the display text to see if it works when running it CALL MYLIB/TESTRPG. Here's my code:
     /free
         dsply 'Hello World';
         return;
Thanks in advance!

    Since DSPLY output isn't intended to show in a 'command window', it seems to be working correctly as long as no error is reported. Look first at the QSYSOPR message queue for the message output. -- Tom
