If you are worried about reachin a max,  you may be better off creating procedures to make the program more managable.

A lot of files means a large compile listing and debugging becomes harder as well. I believe our largest number of files in a single application by our software vendor is about 40.  I try to keep our custom code to about 15. 

If I need more files then it&#039;s a procedure or a program call to retrieve the data.

Goes back to the old school way of modular programming that so many have gotten away from.]]></description>
