Routing the firewall IP in to the public IP


Routing, Networking, Security, Proxy, IP, Routers, Firewalls, VPN

In our company, we are using an VPN to connect Lotus Notes and other specific aplication to some servers.For security issues, we are using an proxy, and our public IP is routed to their firewall IP, and I can`t acces with Remote Desktop the workstations from our company.Should I rebuild the VPN entirelly and change the routing path to other the the firewall?

This sounds like the firewall does not have RDP (tcp 3389) enabled. Check the firewall configuration first. Try pinging the server also. This will tell you whether routing is correct.
